The Trackmania competitive season is heading into a decisive stretch, with community tournaments shaking up the global rankings and the all-important playoff slots just around the corner. With players and teams from around the world pushing their limits, every point now carries massive weight.
Community Tournaments
Recently, the community came alive with two major events: Spammiej’s of the World Tour and the Random MX Duo Edition.
At Spammiej’s WT2, Team Nemesis, BIG, and SWIFT represented Europe by claiming the podium, with Team Nemesis pulling off a great performance after a slower time attack.
Afterwards, the Random MX tournament saw Pigeon, a team making a strong entrance to the World Tour ranking after dominating the tournament. Lioncoast and BOCA complete the podium and bring back important points in the EMEA ranking.
Though these tournaments award fewer points than the official regional tournaments, they have already caused shifts in the standings. For teams on the verge of qualification, each and every event can mean the difference regarding their playoff presence.
Regional Rankings
EMEA
This remains the most competitive and unpredictable region. Every level of the leaderboard is contested: top seeds are battling for favorable playoff positions, while other teams are fighting tooth and nail just to stay in contention. The level of play is exceptionally high, and any misstep could cost a team their playoff ticket.
NCSA
Puffbros continues to dominate, comfortably leading the rankings. However, the three remaining slots are still open. Several squads are neck-and-neck, and the NCSA #8 Regional will likely determine who goes to the playoffs.
APAC
The scene has seen JetLag firmly secure their playoff slot, but the World Cup slot remains uncertain. The outcome of the upcoming regional tournament could completely alter the balance of power, leaving the door open for challengers to stake their claim thanks to the APAC #8 and Playoffs points.
Playoff Slots
The path to the Global Playoffs #2 is taking shape, with the event set to begin on October 4th. 16 duos will compete, distributed as follows:
- Europe: 9 slots
- America: 4 slots
- Asia: 3 slots
Next weekend’s final regional tournaments will be crucial. While some teams have already secured their spots, many others are still fighting for theirs, so be sure to stay updated!

World Cup
The 2025 Trackmania World Cup will feature the Top 4 teams of the Season. The top team from each regional ranking, along with the highest-ranked team from the Global Playoffs #2, will secure their spot in Paris to compete live on stage before thousands of spectators.
